Is your accounting automated at all? Our accounting dept. is broken
into Payables and Receivables. The more we can get invoicing and
payments done via EDI, the lower the workload on the ladies.
Sorry for the short answer, but to be honest, you didn't give us much
information about your operation to be able to comment more.
