William,
      I'm currently using version 5.5, but this can be done with any 5.X
version by using the collaboration settings.  You will probably need to use
two different communities with that partner.  In the collaboration settings
you can specify the partner URL, signing certificate, encryption
certificate, etc. based on the community/partner relationship that you're
using.  I don't believe you can specify different configurations for the
same partner on the same community (You must have 2 different communities
for that partner).

To receive data from two different Receiver ISA/GS, but the Same sender
ISA/GS
