Some TPs do, most don't. In a previous email I mentioned finding 832s online
for a few large chains... Walgreens, Macys?

The Data Pools do. Many apparel manufacturers were forced into QRS by the
large chainstores. QRS became Inovis, but the catalog remains the same;-)

"Support for inbound EDI 832, PRICAT, qXML and flat file (CSV) documents, as
well as web-based data entry, ensures implementation options that match a
variety of business processes"
http://www.inovis.com/solutions/catalogue/

When I last checked (a few years ago), Inovis would sync UPCs for no _extra_
charge. Since most of our clients were already using the QRS/Inovis catalog,
it was a no-brainer.

Inovis was not cheap, and I don't know if the other DataPools are different.
