Just wondering......
We have some tps we send orders to directly and others we send to a
broker who in turn forwards the order on to the vendor.
Some of our tps that go through the broker have stated they would like
us to transmit directly to them.
The brokers say that would be ok provided that they are carbon-copied
on the order so they can review it.
Question is - what transaction is a carbon-copy? Originally I thought
it would be an 850 but then there's a risk of both the vendor as well
as the broker sonsidering the order as the 'real' order (netting me
perhaps 2 duplicate orders).
Can an 855 be used as a carbon?
I might be able to set up a turnaround document in my TLW software for
the 850 and I can either map it to another 850 or to an 855 to go to
the carbon recipient. Does a/the carbon map segment for segment, field
for field to the original order (850)?
Thanks,
Walter
