Hello Walter, Carbon Copy is not a document but rather a term the VAN (Value Added Network) uses to copy most any document that flows through their network and places a copy of that document in someone else's VAN mailbox. You would need to have the broker give you his VAN info to include mailbox account, qualifier and sender/receiver ID. Then get have the VAN to set up the carbon copy service. Take Care, Dino
