Put in examples of how you took the initiative, solved problems, etc.
Try not to be overly detailed but make sure that the issue is
understandable by Management as well as techies. Only do a couple like
this otherwise it becomes to cumbersome to read.

you are applying.

Um, you *DO* tailor your resume to each position for which you apply,
don't 
you?

have the reader really interested if you want him or her to even look at
