But your app will have to be able to take all that stuff in via the interface. Basically, you can put the color in LIN or PO1 - qualifier is CL. You can put measurements, etc. in MEA, PO3 or PO4. REF is available for some things as well. You'll have to create a pretty clear IG or you will have a mess to unravel, but it looks do-able. The other alternative is to receive an 841 to describe a product. Then you have room for drawings, etc. too.
