Don't bother with this software.  

All functions of it are so limited it's ridiculous.  My company
purchased it and spent thousands of dollars for "custom mapping" and
"support" all of which, I found out later, could have easily been done
with the flip of an internal switch within the software.  If you do
manage to get around your installation issues; you'll have to pay out
the wazzo to turn on additional features which they claim are "out of
the box".
