I am a partner with Softshare and would recommend adding their Delta and 
ECS solution to your list of viable solutions.   There are some 
enthusiastic & vocal users of the Softshare solution on this list, so 
you can go to the EDI-L history file to get recommendations.   Off-line, 
I'll send you some information.  I am not in Chicago, but have a demo on 
my machine and can perform demo for you over the web.
