I agree with Samatha - that (include a weblink to your T&C on a company website) would be the best way since someone besides yourself would normally update that. You can easily put it in a MSG or MTX segment..
However the fun is going to begin when you start (looking to) modifying 810 structures for Trading Partners that provided you the specs and are not using your own. Probably best to get your legal involved to notify each customer of this change. That way you can minimize the pushback you have directly...
