That's going to be difficult.

Most AS2/ftp implementations are between end-users and skip the VANs 
completely.

They are private and would not supply web accounts.  
Walmart does this for their own suppliers only.

There may be some 3rd parties doing this, but if they don't charge for traffic, 
how are they going to make money?

Perhaps I misunderstood.  Are you looking for 3rd parties or companies doing 
this with their suppliers (like WalMart).
