Hello group,
I am just having too much FUN trying to use the functoids in biztalk
mapper...Trying to generate an inbound map from 850 to xml..
Output is getting generated but not as expected..
Here is where I am having trouble..requirement is to Map
BEG03 - ponum element
N104 (Where N101='ST") -customerid element .
Both elements reside in <order> record in destination schema..
Looks simple hah!!.. Thats what I thought when I started to Map , But here is
my problem
the edi 850 test file i am using has one BEG and 2 N1 segments (with N101='BT'
and N101='ST') . When I ran the map I see 2 <order> tags
In First occurence only po number is mapped and <detail> tags are written below
and in second occurence po number as well as customerid are mapped with detail
tags below.
I tried several ways to generate just one occurence of <order> tag with both
the elements mapped..but getting all weird results . I used looping functiod
but it did not work.
Please Help!!
Thanks
Padmaja
