Small complicated EDI question - We need the customer to transmit a classification code (in the PO107 or PO108) in the PO1 segment. We are trying to keep track of their monthly and yearly bookings. They are currently sending the style number and the UPC number which is perfect. However, we need to store and keep track of their ordering (projections) of styles.
Or did anyone ever used the SI segment "Service Characteristic Identification"? According to the X12 Standards, there is the PO1 segment = baseline item data LIN segment = item identification àSI segment = Service Characteristic Identification CUR.... CN1... àPO3 Segment = Additional item detail (Is anyone using the SI or PO3 segment for additional item detail or service characteristic ID). ______________________________________________________________________ This e-mail has been scanned by the Eileen Fisher managed Email Content Service, powered by MessageLabs.
