Jackie, You say you need your customer to send you this information. I'd suggest you review their specifications and, if they don't have a place for it and are currently not sending it, the place to start is either their EDI department (if they have a large and sophisticated staff willing to adjust for the convenience of their suppliers) or, more likely, with your salesperson communicating just exactly how effective and efficient it would be for your customer to send this information and how it would save them time ($$$) in communicating this manually each time.
