We had orders coming from Wal-mart at Christmas time and they had to have
their 855 within two hours after they transmitted the orders or we got
hammered with phone calls. The orders had to go out within 24 hours and
they wanted to make sure there were no delays. Hence, there can be times
"when nothing has changed "can be the last thing the trading partner wants
to hear.

Sincerely,

Granted, everything is application dependent.

But....

It's just that I cannot wrap my head around the concept of several reports
of the same status for each of 20K orders several times per day.

I sure don't need to know an order is still open at 2:00 when it was open at

noon and my 855 told me it would ship today. It's just not important that
nothing has changed.
