Hello All,
We have received X12 and EDIFACT messages over the weekend on Saturday with
Interchange time as 0236,0248 and all of them were failing, complaining the
Invalid Date/Time.
Sample Envelope: ISA*00* *00* *ZZ*1277777777123
*ZZ*99999999999 *110313*0236*U*00400*000000001*0*P*>~
Only the problem I found is with the Daylight Savings time clocks are moved
forward by one hour at 2:00 AM standard time, and the time becomes 3:00 AM
daylight savings time and the files which failed validation due to Invalid
Date/Time have the interchange time as 0236,0248, according to DST we will not
have any 2 hour.I mean anything in 0200 to 0259 will not work as time at
interchange level.
I would like to know your experiences during the DST and how did you handle
this scenario.
