What translator are you using? Have you tried reprocessing? Neither of these times are invalid and as the clock is set forward and they're in the past, they shouldn't even be "invalid" in the sense that they haven't occurred yet. If what you're trying to say is that there is no such time on the day the clocks are set forward, in what way is this helpful to you? You're not going to be able to control what others send you as a time and you shouldn't try. If this is a "true" error, you need to turn it off if you can.
However, unless you've edited your ISA, your ISA02 and ISA04 are definitely too short, seems odd that this might send an error such as you're seeing, but I've seen stranger things. Sample Envelope: ISA*00* *00* *ZZ*1277777777123 *ZZ*99999999999 *110313*0236*U*00400*000000001*0*P*>~ Only the problem I found is with the Daylight Savings time clocks are moved forward by one hour at 2:00 AM standard time, and the time becomes 3:00 AM daylight savings time and the files which failed validation due to Invalid Date/Time have the interchange time as 0236,0248, according to DST we will not have any 2 hour.I mean anything in 0200 to 0259 will not work as time at interchange level. I would like to know your experiences during the DST and how did you handle this scenario.
