Complex processing rules does not have to equal an unintelligible and
unmaintainable system.

Given normal business process changes, updates and enhancements, software
DOES have a finite service life.

A system may have served long and well, but when its time is passed, its
time has passed.

Sometimes ya just gots to start over with a clean sheet of paper.
