You should not be suspicious of professional sales people. Their motives are 
out there for all to see.

Sales people should not be suspicious of you, either - your motives are out 
there for all to see, too.

Let's see... two professionals, coming from different points of view, but 
each clearly understanding the other's motives and goals.... frankly that 
sounds like a pretty good combination to me. You know, like that "whole" and 
"sum of parts" thing?
