Is anyone else having issues connecting to Information Exchange (under GXS van) this morning via FTP, starting around 6:30 AM (eastern)?
The host name we connect to, usa.ftptls.edisrvcs.com, is resolving to the wrong IP address. I contacted IE support about it and they are looking at it now, but I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this, or if it is just us.
