Just FYI for whoever is interested, even though the issue is resolved at Information Exchange (GXS), there is a possibility you still can't connect by using the usa.ftptls.edisrvcs.com host name. We've been having to connect since early this morning by using the specific IP address instead of the host name.
Here is a reply from GXS, explaining why the issue with the host name lingers on (temporarily): "The issue has been resolved but if you use the DNS server is still pointing to the wrong IP address. Due to caching it would take 24-48 hours for the IP address to refresh. Therefore, please use the IP address instead of the DNS address for the meantime."
