One thing you might check on the TP setup is whether you have sequence checking; either Duplicate, Incremental or Chronological. The other is to check any maps you may have set up and that all the sender/receiver IDs are correct.

We have several TP's where we send a document and receive back a 997 w/o any issues. However there are several where teh 997's will not reconcile. I have compared two of the TP profiles where the 997's are failing, to three TP profiles where everything is working, and they are virtually identical. The only difference was on one of the TP that was failing is that it had a "3 day" Timeout duration, where the ones that worked all had 24 hours. However, I don't believe that is causing the error since one of the TP's that is failing also has a 24 hour Timeout duration. This makes no rhyme or reason. Can anyone on the List give any insight as to why this is happening?
