Michael, Is it not reconciling in BizLink or is it not reconciling at the translation layer?
There are a couple of places and things to check if it is on Bizlink in the documents reconciliation comm gateway. Check to make sure the ISA sent had a requested 997. Also ensure the ISA of the sent document and the returning 997 are the same version, standard and .... I can not think of the third key off the ISA it is in ISA 14 I believe one letter code if I recall. If it is n the translation layer I am unsure where/how it reconciles. We have several TP's where we send a document and receive back a 997 w/o any issues. However there are several where teh 997's will not reconcile. I have compared two of the TP profiles where the 997's are failing, to three TP profiles where everything is working, and they are virtually identical. The only difference was on one of the TP that was failing is that it had a "3 day" Timeout duration, where the ones that worked all had 24 hours. However, I don't believe that is causing the error since one of the TP's that is failing also has a 24 hour Timeout duration. This makes no rhyme or reason. Can anyone on the List give any insight as to why this is happening?
