Hello Brian,

Rachel would better at answering this one.  But, since this never worked for 
the 4010 implementation, who knows if it would work.  It isn't a bad template 
but it all depends on if you are a payer or provider or both in many cases.  
The implementation of 4010/5010 leaves so much variation in segment usage and 
format that it can only be considered a guideline not a standard IMHO.  You are 
still plagued with variations in just about every transaction/segment usage and 
the only way to sort it is to test it.

It all depends on the application set you are using for input/output of the 
data doesn't it?  If you can't satisfy the data requirements (input) or 
retrieve the required data components (output) you are going to have a major 
problem! <smile>!
