Samantha Are you creating the initial INVFIL message? Within your STX/END envelope you should have an initial INVFIL message, one or more INVOIC messages. A VATTLR message and an INVTLR message. The structure of the file should look thus (Data segments have been truncated): STX=ANA: MHD=1+INVFIL:9' TYP=0700+INVOICES' SDT= CDT= FIL= MTR=6' MHD=2+INVOIC:9' CLO= IRF= ODD= ILD= ILD= ILD= STL= TLR= MTR=10' MHD=3+VATTLR:9' VRS= MTR=3' MHD=4+INVTLR:9' TOT= MTR=3' END=4' Regards Chris -- Chris Johnson mobile:+44 (0)7785 302122 Fax: +44 (0)870 0519 818 EDI website http://www.edimatrix.co.uk EDIMatrix Ltd work: 0844 414 6386 or +44 20 8778 1402 Registered in UK no. 2777624 Reg.Office: 34 Sydenham Rd, London SE26 5QF ------------------------------------ ...
