The forum has been quiet lately. I hope you are all still out there!
I am new to Sterling Integrator (new name for Gentran, apparently), and am
finding that the documentation available is lacking, to be diplomatic. There
is little detailed information on how to set something up, no examples, and
nothing about things to try if it's not working.
I am setting up an SSH Remote Profile to be used to write files to an external
SFTP server, so this is not a Sterling SFTP mailbox. There is a field where
you can enter the directory where you want to write your files. I have my
directory entered in this field, but it's writing to the root directory. I
tried adding / and \ at the beginning, neither of which work.
Anyone have any experience with this?
Thank you,
Lori Folta
