If you are using the 820 to instruct the ODFI to generate the CCD+ for health plan premium payments then you should get familiar with the HIPAA-adopted v5010 X12 820 TR3. The 820 includes the TRN segment for tracking and reassociating the EFT payment transaction with the corresponding 820.
