The error message actually includes the word "Horrible" as shown?
I'm not sure I'd count on ANY support!
Regardless, if an error message is thrown out of <anyproduct>, then <publisher
of anyproduct> is the first place you go for help.
Having dealt with Sterling for nearly twenty years, I would be shocked if they
could not help you. When IBM bought Sterling, in
spite of IBMs reputation for excellent service (thank you Tom Watson SENIOR!)
I was worried that service quality would decline. I
was assured otherwise.
