MdePkg: Add Serial Terminal Device Type Guid
Add definition of EFI_SERIAL_TERMINAL_DEVICE_TYPE_GUID.
It was miseed in "Extend SERIAL_IO with DeviceTypeGuid" patch.
(UEFI 2.8, mantis 1832)
