MdePkg: Add AMD CPUID Extended Topology definition
This patch is to add the AMD CPUID Extended Topology definition for
EAX/EBX/ECX/EDX from the AMD64 Architecture Programmer's Manual
Spec.

UefiCpuPkg: Include AMD Cpuid.h
This patch is to include the Register/Amd/Cpuid.h in
UefiCpuPkg/Include/Register/Cpuid.h, so the registers defined
for AMD can be used.

UefiCpuPkg/CpuMpPei: Support AMD GetProcessorCoreType
This patch is to consume the CPUID_Fn80000026_EBX[31:28] for the
CoreType check. With the change, MP HOB will record the correct
CoreType for AMD processors.
