Jaben:
  INF_VERSION is built into FFS file, not in EFI image. Now, GenFw tool always 
zero those information when converts dll image to EFI image, because they are 
not used in UEFI LoadImage() and StartImage() service. Could you let me know 
your usage model? Then, we can further provide the suggestion.

Is there a reason that you don't just set the version number in the INF file 
for your application?  There is an entry in the [DEFINES] section.  I think 
that one is retained.
