I am studying UEFI Spec.
It described PCI Option ROMs in chapter 13.4.2 .
it said a PCI OpROM could contain an IA-32 UEFI Driver.
Based on my understanding, UEFI Spec does not support IA32 platform.
Only EFI Spec has ever supported IA32 platform.
So, a PCI OpROM could only contain a X64 UEFI Driver.
