Here some thoughts:
I see you use /FAsc wrong option in BuildOptions... not sure a typo in your 
mail.
And if your module is not for IA32, you need use X64, and if your module is 
shared by IA32/X64, you could use MSFT:*_*_*_CC_FLAGS     = /FAcs

All,

I am using VS2008x86 toolchain tag, enabled the /FAcs option in BuildOptions of 
INF file as shown below.  But still I am unable to generate a COD file.
Although I do see the Compiler option /FAcs on the Build output, its not 
generating the COD file.

Please let me know if this is the right place to have this option or do I need 
to enable any other flags along with this ?
