The following line in MdePkg/Include/Guid/Cper.h is using EFI_SIGNATURE_32
#define EFI_ERROR_RECORD_SIGNATURE_START EFI_SIGNATURE_32('C', 'P', 'E', 'R')
Shouldn't this be changed to SIGNATURE_32?
