I guess we need to here from Jeff, the IntelFrameworkModulePkg maintainer: http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/tianocore/index.php?title=EDKII_Packages I recommend including the package name in the commit message, so it appears in the subject of the email, and therefore should be more noticeable by the package maintainer.
