Or https://github.com/tianocore/edk2. So long as EDK II is using svn,
they are both equal.

I find github's hosting to be a bit faster and more reliable, and the
http access might be needed for some behind a proxy.

If EDK II were to change to git, I would vote for github hosting to be
the primary location. Then again, moving the main tree location would
be much less traumatic with git so, this choice would not be as big of
a deal as today.
