Or https://github.com/tianocore/edk2. So long as EDK II is using svn, they are both equal. I find github's hosting to be a bit faster and more reliable, and the http access might be needed for some behind a proxy. If EDK II were to change to git, I would vote for github hosting to be the primary location.
