Actually the latest validated release is UDK2010.SR1.UP1. The release notes on
the following link will best help with the differences between the versions:

I do not think there would be compatibility issues between the updates but
again refer to the release notes just to make sure. They should point out any
incompatibility issues from one version to the next.

Subject: [edk2] Migrating from UDK2010 to UDK2010SR1
Hi everyone.
I have an UEFI application that was developed using UDK2010, but as I can see
at the forum, several improvements are happening at UDK2010SR1.
My questions are.
Does anyone here think would I have any compatilibity problem if I migrate my
project to UDK2010SR1 ? (I think the quenstion is not, but just to be sure)
Another question.
Is there any important fix or change added to UDK2010SR1 ? (that is not at
UDK2010). At my application I use MdeModulepkg.
