My personal opinion is that the SOURCE_DEBUG_ENABLE/UDK Debugger tools are too difficult to setup. (Your experience trying to use it seems to back that up. :) It would be nice if we could get gdb working as well as it does for EmulatorPkg by utilizing some gdb scripting (to find images after a breakpoint).
