Hi all, talking about ITP - you may also want to have a look at the Intel JTAG Debugger (XDB) available with Intel System Studio software.intel.com/en-us/intel-system-studio. It supports the ITP-XDP3 probe along with a lower cost Macraigor device. It has support for high level language debug of EFI firmware all the way up to Linux drivers. Currently the public version included in the Studio product only supports Atom processors though, but that may change.

Hi Eric, I have used Arium kit before and can vouch for the hardware, software and their support staff. Never had cause to use it for UEFI development though.
