I would recommend starting the driver using these two items … the UEFI Driver
Wizard & the IHV version of the UDK2010

The UEFI Driver Wizard will help select the proper modules and build templates
with hooks for the features you pick. The IHV distribution of UDK2010 has a
limited set of packages, so you don’t end up including unnecessary libraries by
accident.

Hi All,
I am started to working on development of Option ROM Image for PCI card (
customer specific) .
I have downloaded the EDK II kit and able build the small application,
generating the .efi Image and able to convert into an Option ROM Image format
by using the provided utilities.
1. I am not aware of which lib I have to select ( like MdeModulePkg)
2. My host platform mostly x64 BIOS
3. Could any suggest me where to start my Option ROM Image building process
for PCI card .
