It seems pretty normal to have the path for file I/O as const, but the
FileName parameter of EFI_FILE_PROTOCOL.Open() is not const according to
the UEFI Spec.
It's not a huge deal, but it is kinda annoying. Has this bothered anyone
else, and is there a good reason for it to be this way?
