What's the recommended EDK2 release to use when building binaries for UEFI 2.3.1? I know the UDK2014 supports 2.4, but is it recommended to use the older UDK2010 or upgrade to 2014?
Related to this, is there any mechanism similar to _WIN32_WINNT in userspace Windows applications for restricting the use of features to those available in earlier specification versions?
