This patch to Contributions.txt will update:

  AppPkg, ArmPkg, ArmPlatformPkg, BaseTools, BeagleBoardPkg,
  CryptoPkg, DuetPkg, EdkCompatibilityPkg, EdkShellBinPkg,
  EdkShellPkg, EmbeddedPkg, EmulatorPkg, FatBinPkg,
  IntelFrameworkModulePkg, IntelFrameworkPkg, MdeModulePkg, MdePkg,
  NetworkPkg, Nt32Pkg, Omap35xxPkg, OptionRomPkg, OvmfPkg,
  PcAtChipsetPkg, PerformancePkg, SecurityPkg, ShellBinPkg, ShellPkg,
  SourceLevelDebugPkg, StdLib, StdLibPrivateInternalFiles, and

Do the owners of these packages have a concern with this change? (With
the BDS=>BSD spelling fix, of course.)
