Thats scary. Not mention the tool has a bad name since the FV is not defined in 
UEFI and not required to exist. The FV is defined by the PI spec.

On a PI EFI system drivers are dispatched but applications are not. You need to 
write a UEFI boot variables (Boot####, and update BootOrder). See chapter 3.2 
in the UEFI spec.
