Well IEEE 802.3 is Ethernet. I’m not sure what you mean by 802 networks as they
are a set of networks that support variable packet size. So that includes WiFi,

UEFI.org has the UEFI spec that defines how networking works in EFI. There is
boot from PXE, and iSCSI, and IPv4 and IPv6 network stacks.
