I've started setting up a Jenkins instance at 
https://edk2.bluestop.org:8000/jenkins - I'm 
currently hoping to use AWS/EC2 for the build nodes. No idea how far I'll get
or if it'll ever be functional though!

One issue I've noticed with https://github.com/tianocore/edk2 is that it seems
to lag behind svn by up to about a day.
