He's been doing this gig on the internet for many years. In the Rubin and 
Statistical Fundamentalism thread I repost some messages from the 
sci.stat.consult discussion from October of 1997.

He was persecuted then also, and he *hates* Georgia Tech.

I agree that if his response to these posts is more of the same 
insulting, lacking in substance and/or obfuscatory rambling, then we know 
there is nothing to his proposals.
