1. The Numerical Recipes code is of very doubtful quality.
2. The Applied Statistics code in Statlib is generally still
useful.
3. The dcdflib and randlib code at
ftp://odin.mdacc.tmc.edu/pub/source/
is very useful. This is what we use in
http://www.stat.ucla.edu/calculators/cdf
Available both in FORTRAN 77 and C.
