You might be interested in "Statistics In A Day" and XLStatistics. Descriptions are at

As it stands, "Statistics In A Day" is designed for a one-day workshop, for people who 
need some statistics without the theoretical details. But I am working on an expanded 
version that would be suitable for a 1-semester course.
