Let's face it folks: IT'S A DRAW!
Seriously, one can't help but think that the voting system 
should have some built in 'error' factor, within which a 
result really is declared a draw. We now have a situation 
where the election of the most powerful man in the world 
will be determined by (a) a bunch of people who couldn't 
figure out how to vote correctly, and (b) a bunch of voting 
slips where it's ambiguous whether the hole got punched 
properly.
